2022 Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Chenin Blanc

A first for T. Berkley Wines! Method Traditionnelle sparkling Chenin Blanc from the Norgard Vineyard. Base wine fermented in neutral French oak and aged for 6 months, then bottle aged en tirage for a subsequent 15 months (minimum standard for Champagne). Beautiful, crisp, and vibrant sparkling bottled at Brut Nature levels - 2g/L RS. 90 Cases Produced.

Winemaking: Picked early at racy acidity. Gentle pressed to and fermented in neutral oak barrels. Left en tirage for 15 months and disgorged with 2g/L RS as Brut Nature. Minimal sulfur added only at bottling.
